Schoolyard Dogs (3-1-1) v. Bitcoiners (3-3) – Monday, May 10, 2021
Schoolyard Dogs got some sweet revenge from last week’s loss to Bitcoiners as Schoolyard Dogs won the rematch between these two crews in Week 5 of the Monday Lincoln Park TURF Men’s INT Flag Football League. With a final score of 30-18, Schoolyard Dogs now have their eyes on the prize. Schoolyard Dogs really showed up in this one, exceeding their average of 20.00 points per game. QB John Davidson threw four touchdowns, hitting Jon Arenas for three of them and rushed in one on his own. Schoolyard Dogs could not celebrate this victory for too long as they needed to step right back onto the field and take on Hash-slinging Slashers as they had the Week 5 double header on their slate. By the score of 20-6, Schoolyard Dogs got a big W. This team really stepped up on the defensive end in this one, beating their season points against average of 14.8 points per game.
