Spring 2019 Monday Lincoln Park Turf Coed Rec Flag Football – Week 5

Nasty Narwhals (4-1) v. Willis Towers Watson (4-1) – Monday, April 29, and 2019

Grabbing the same result as they did earlier in the year, Nasty Narwhals won the rematch between these two squads. With a final score of 33-19, Nasty Narwhals are fired up and ready for the next match.  Nasty Narwhals are the highest-scoring team in the league this season, averaging 33.4 ppg. QB Adam  delivered five touchdowns, hitting Chris for two of them while Nikki Wasserman, Amy, and Matt each caught one score.  Willis Towers Watson really struggled to get it going in this one, scoring less than their average of 27.80 ppg this season. For Willis Towers Watson, in the loss, QB Brett Edlbeck hit Sam  for two touchdowns and Max Ruskauff for one. Next up for Nasty Narwhals is a date against Pics or it didn’t happen (1-3-1).   Marcus Evans (0-4-1) are next up on the calendar for Willis Towers Watson, as they attempt to rebound.

Earlier in the season, these teams tied, but it was Team Pics or it didn’t happen for the W in this meeting. Pics or it didn’t happen put 19 on the board and held Marcus Evans to 12 points.  They really showed up on D in this game, beating their season points against average of 28.0 ppg. QB Melvin  delivered two touchdowns, passing to Edward Kuester and Ben each for one of them and ran for one more. Marcus Evans really gave it their all on the offensive end even with this loss on their record, beating their average of 10.00 points per game this season. During the loss, QB Ryan Baksh hit Ryan Abrams  and Ben Woods each for one touchdown. Nasty Narwhals (4-1-0) are next up on the schedule for Pics or it didn’t happen, as they look to keep it going.   Next Monday, Marcus Evans takes on Willis Towers Watson (4-1-0) in an attempt to get their first win.
