Hangover United (2-2) vs. INDY Team #3 (1-2) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

Hangover United was incredible on both sides of the pitch against INDY Team #3 with a final score of 5-0. Hangover United really stepped up in this one, besting their average of 4.0 goals per game.  The team’s goalkeeper, TJ Schuster, played very well in the shutout. To help earn the club the victory, Sofia Quezada lasered in two goals. INDY Team #3 were unable to get rolling on offense in this game and failed to make it onto the scoreboard. The Slide Tacklers (0-3-1) are next up on the schedule for Hangover United, as they look to keep it going. Bain Soccer (2-1-0) are next up on the schedule for INDY Team #3, as they look to rebound.

 

Shooters Shoot (2-2) vs. Bain Soccer (2-1) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

Bain Soccer forfeited to Shooters Shoot in this match-up. This forfeit was Bain Soccer’s first loss of the season. This win is the second in a row for Shooters Shoot.  UCFC (1-2-1) are next up on the calendar for Bain Soccer, as they look to get back on track.  Coco FC (2-2-0) are next up on the docket for Shooters Shoot, as they look to keep it going.

 

FC United CF (2-2) vs. Kickin’ It (3-1) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

The underdog, FC United CF (currently ranked 7th in the league) upset the favored Kickin’ It (currently ranked 3rd) with a final score of 2-1. This is the second week in a row FC United CF took home the win. Esteban Recht and Tarush Bali scored one goal each to steer the club’s attack. Next up for FC United CF is a showdown against Bend It Through Brunch (0-4-0). This is Kickin’ It’s first loss of the season. Steve Robinson scored the only goal for Kickin’ It to prevent the shut out.  PenaltEY Kicks (2-1-1) are next up on the calendar for Kickin’ It, as they look to rebound.

 

Toe Ballers (4-0) vs. The Slide Tacklers (0-3-1) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

Toe Ballers played well here and blanked The Slide Tacklers with a final score of 3-0. The Slide Tacklers didn’t have their best stuff in terms of scoring in this game and came short of making it onto the scoreboard. Toe Ballers really battled for this one, emerging victorious, despite scoring less than their avg. goals per game of 4.0.  The team’s goalkeeper, Alex Madeiros, made sure the opposing club would not score. To spearhead the group’s attack, Chris Bain score two goals and Ryan L scored one goal.  Next Sunday, Toe Ballers seek to get on the board with a win against Hangover United (2-2-0).  Next week, Toe Ballers battle against INDY Team #3 (1-2-0) in an attempt to remain undefeated.

 

Squad (2-1-1) vs. Bend It Through Brunch (0-4) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

Squad was incredible on both sides of the pitch against Bend It Through Brunch with a final score of 4-0. Squad really stepped up in this game, topping their average of 2.8 goals per game. Ryan Casserby got a hat trick with three goals and earned the most tallies on the scoresheet. Sebastian Gaik also added some scoring with one goal for Squad. Bend It Through Brunch struggled to get it going on the offensive end in this game, but they’ve only had 2 overall goals this season. EY FAAS (2-2-0) are next up on the schedule for Squad, as they look to keep it going. Bend It Through Brunch will attempt to get their first win on Sunday with a match-up against FC United CF (2-2-0).

 

For Fuchs Sake (4-0) vs. PenaltEY Kicks (2-1-1) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

For Fuchs Sake absolutely dominated this game in shut out fashion against PenaltEY Kicks with a final score of 9-0. This is PenaltEY Kicks’s first loss of the season. For Fuchs Sake is having a remarkable offensive season. They’re averaging 6 goals per game. Their goalkeeper Katie got a shutout in this one. To help earn the squad the win, Chad Strader and Shane accounted for two goals each.  Next up for PenaltEY Kicks is a showdown against Kickin’ It (3-1-0), as they look to get back on track.  Next week, For Fuchs Sake try to stay undefeated with a pairing versus Tanglers (0-4-0).

 

Coco FC (2-2) vs. UCFC (1-2-1) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

Coco FC and UCFC had a close one up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. Coco FC brought their A game, topping their average of 1.8 goals per game. Gustavo Cascio fired two goals to help get the club the W. Shooters Shoot (2-2-0) are next up on the docket for Coco FC, as they look to keep it going.  UCFC didn’t have their best stuff in this one, scoring less than their average of 2.5 goals per game for the year. Kevin Eisele was the star player for UCFC this week. He scored both goals for his team. Bain Soccer (2-1-0) is next up on the docket for UCFC, as they attempt to rebound.

 

EY FAAS (2-2) vs. Tanglers (0-4) – Sunday, May 06, 2018

EY FAAS played well here and blanked Tanglers with a final score of 2-0. Tanglers struggled to get it going on the offensive end in this game and came short of making it onto the scoreboard.  Next week, Tanglers attempt to break their winless streak with a match-up against For Fuchs Sake (4-0-0). This win for the EY FAAS came as a surprise considering it’s more than halfway through the season and they have only scored less than a handful goals. Their goalie Alex Debbink made sure Tanglers would not score. To guide the club’s offense, Emmett Burns and Kevin Doman scored one goal each. Squad (2-1-1) are next up on the calendar for EY FAAS, as they look to keep it going.
