Treadmill Trotters (3-1-1) vs. Chicago Shooters (3-3) – Sunday, May 13, 2018

Treadmill Trotters beat Chicago Shooters 4-1 in this game. Treadmill Trotters brought their A game, topping their average of 2.8 goals per game.  Evan earned a hat trick with three goals to spearhead the team’s attack. Also providing some scoring for Treadmill Trotters was Yuji Zhao with one goal. Chicago Shooters really didn’t have their best stuff on offense in this one, scoring less than their average of 2.5 goals per game for the season. Sean McIlwee scored the only goal for Chicago Shooters to save his team from embarrassment. Who Said Cheers?! (4-1-1) vs. Mayhem (2-4) – Sunday, May 13, 2018

As was the case earlier this season, Who Said Cheers?! won the rematch against Mayhem. This game finished with a final score of 2-0. Burton Birdwatchers (2-3-0) is next up on the calendar for Mayhem, as they attempt to bounce back. They’re on fire. The club’s goalkeeper Alex Dichiara made sure the opposing club would not score. To guide the team’s offense, Arjun Patel and Steven Brown each scored one goal. Spoons FC (5-1-0) are next up on the docket for Who Said Cheers?!, as they look to keep it going.

 

Spoons FC (5-1) vs. Burton Birdwatchers (2-3) – Sunday, May 13, 2018

Burton Birdwatchers couldn’t pull together enough players for this game and had to forfeit to Spoons FC. Spoons FC was fired up for a double header. Both matches were victories, which means they’re heating up! Who Said Cheers?! (4-1-1) are next up on the calendar for Spoons FC, as they look to keep it going.  The forfeit puts Burton Birdwatchers in fifth place in the standings table.  Mayhem (2-4-0) is next up on the calendar for Burton Birdwatchers, as they attempt to bounce back.

Spoons FC got an easy win this week since Columbia Renegades forfeited this match. This week, Spoons FC was fired up for a double header. Impressively, they won both matches, which means they’re heating up! Who Said Cheers?! (4-1-1) are next up on the calendar for Spoons FC, as they look to keep it going.   On Sunday, Spoons FC face off against Treadmill Trotters (3-1-1) in an attempt to get their first win.
