Flags & Flasks (6-2) v. The Gang Wins the Superbowl (0-7) –
Saturday, May 19, 2018 The #1 seed, Flags & Flasks, took on the #4 seed, The Gang Wins the Superbowl in this semi-final game. The last time these two teams met in week 2, Flags & Flasks won 51-0. The results weren’t much different this time around. The final score of 48-12 reflects the hard work Flags & Flasks put into every minute of the game. Flags & Flasks showed up in this game, exceeding their average of 36.60 points per game. QB Ryan Murphy delivered five TDs, passing to Damon for two of them. Ryan Murphy managed to make it to the end zone, and teammates Noel and Reggie managed to each score a TD too. Even though they lost, The Gang Wins the Superbowl QB, Jacob Lambert, hit Troy Makous for two touchdowns. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to advance to the championship game where Flags & Flasks faced off against The Flaming Hot Cheetos.
The Flaming Hot Cheetos (6-2) v. Team INDjurY (3-4) –
Saturday, May 19, 2018 The Flaming Hot Cheetos were coming off their top offensive game of the season, scoring 99 points last week. Additionally, they were the higher ranked #2 seed playing the #3 seed, Team INDjurY. They confidently took the win 43-24, The Flaming Hot Cheetos got a dominant W to earn their sixth-straight W. These guys showed some grit in this game, winning despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 20.3 ppg. QB Steven Rahel delivered three TDs, hitting Ben Merkle for one of them and rushed in one on his own. Joe Memmolo Jr. and Colin Herold each racked up two touch downs both receiving and defensive TDs. For Team INDjurY, in the loss, QB Steve Tompkins hit Aaron Johnson, Henry McCoy, Sara, and Mike each for a scoring TD. Unfortunately, the fight wasn’t enough to advance Team INDjurY to the championship where The Flaming Hot Cheetos played Flags & Flasks

Saturday, May 19, 2018 It was a Championship Game written for the movies. Could the #2 seeded team, The Flaming Hot Cheetos outplay the #1 seeded team, Flags & Flasks? In this game, yes they could! By the score of 34-24, The Flaming Hot Cheetos got a solid victory to get their sixth-straight win. They really buckled down in this one, emerging victorious despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 20.3 points per game. QB Steven Rahel delivered three passing TDs, Erik Christiansen was on the receiving end of two and Colin Herold with the other. Rahel snuck in two rushing TDs, himself. During the loss for Flags & Flasks, QB Ryan Murphy managed a rushing TD and hit Noel for 2 TDs and Reggie with 1 too. Congratulations to The Flaming Hot Cheetos on a great season and their championship win! We hope to see this squad return to defend their title. Being one of the top two teams, Flags & Flasks was optimistic heading into the championship match, so this loss is a tough one. But they definitely have what it takes to win and we expect to see them doing well again next season.
