Midway MonStars crushed INDY Team #7, by the score of 48-6 causing a massive victory. These guys really brought their A game on the defensive end, beating their season points against average of 13.8 points per game. QB Thomas Ross delivered five touchdowns, passing to Bree Hinkle for three of them and ran for one more. INDY Team #7 didn’t have their best stuff on offense in this game, scoring less than their average of 8 points per game this season. For INDY Team #7, QB Dan hit Ryan Pelagalli for one touchdown. Next up for Midway MonStars is a match-up against Mongrels (4-1-0) while INDY Team #7 will attempt to break their winless streak versus Chi Town BlitZ (5-0-0).

Dooms Day (2-3) v. Alcobalics (0-5) – Saturday, June 02, 2018
Dooms Day and Alcobalics competed in an absolute shoot-out, totaling 85 points. With a final score of 52-33, Dooms Day are one game closer to the championship title. Dooms Day stepped up in this one, topping their average of 29.60 points per game. Their D got the job done as well. Alcobalics really brought their best on the offensive end in this one despite the loss, beating their average of 10.40 points per game for the year. In the loss, QB Matthew Wilkinson hit Joey Mailloux for two touchdowns. Next up for Dooms Day is a battle against Mongrels (4-1-0). On Saturday, Alcobalics try to get their first win with a match-up versus Hugs & Cuddles (1-4-0).

Chi Town BlitZ and Hugs & Cuddles combined for an offensive explosion totaling 79 points. Chi Town BlitZ put 46 on the board and held their opponent to 33 points. They really showed some toughness in this game, emerging victorious despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 19.8 points per game. Their Defense did enough in this one as well. Next Saturday, Chi Town BlitZ attempts to remain perfect with a contest against INDY Team #7 (0-4-0). Alcobalics (0-5-0) are next up on the calendar for Hugs & Cuddles, as they look to get into the winner’s circle.
