No Punt Intended (6-1) v. FourKites (4-4) – Wednesday, November 28, and 2018
This play-in game, No Punt Intended confidently took the win to advance to Quarter-Finals. With a final score of 39-26, No Punt Intended hopes to keep their momentum going as they advance in playoffs. No Punt Intended showed some grit in this game, earning the victory, despite scoring less than their avg. points per game of 43.90. QB Justin Dreyfuss threw five touchdowns, finding Nicky for three of them, and both Ryan and Mario for the other two. During the loss for FourKites, QB Raphael Gunn hit Aaron Lester for two touchdowns. The win for No Punt Intended means a ticket to quarter-finals. The Flag Team Without Banners was the lower ranked #10 seed playing the #7 seed, [in] My Feelings. They would have to play their best if they wanted to advance to the next round. By the score of 41-26, The Flag Team Without Banners got a big W. They really showed some grit in this one, winning despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 20.9 points per game. QB Tyler Gannon passed three touchdowns and Frannie Pasquale passed two, finding Alex Chamberlin for three of them, and Andy and John for the other two. For [in] My Feelings, QB Nick Townsend hit Crooks for three touchdowns, and Matt Russo for one. The Flag Team Without Banners continues on their road to victory. [in] My Feelings is done with playoffs, which means it’s time for a team meeting at the bar to regroup for next season!
Flaggin’ Ball Z (7-0-1) v. Shotskis Whynotskis – Wednesday, November 28, and 2018
Going into this game Flaggin’ Ball Z had 7 wins this season, and hunger for a playoff win. With a final score of 45-32, Flaggin’ Ball Z stay unbeaten. They really fought hard for this game, earning the win despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 21.4 points per game. QB Joe Gill passed five scores, hitting Dj Reynolds and Michelle for two of them each. For Flaggin’ Ball Z, in the loss, QB Brett hit Brian for one touchdown. The win for Flaggin’ Ball Z meant a straight shot to semi-finals. They played this game immediately following the quarter-final game. The recap below tells you all about it. QB Mike Migut passed four TDs, passing to Rob for three of them, and Keri for the other one. This win advanced Legion of Boom to semi-finals, which was played as a double header.
