Ekstra FC (2-0) vs. CTP (0-1) – Saturday, January 18, 2020

In this match, Ekstra FC beat CTP 11-3. Ekstra FC are heating up, winning both of their games so far this season. Brady found his sweet spot and scored 4 goals to steer the club’s attack. Despite the loss, CTP have a significant amount of opportunities to practice their offensive skills before play-offs. For Ekstra FC, every contest is a crucial opportunity to heat up from the jump. This week Ekstra FC will play Vitamin O (1-1-0). As for CTP they will have a contest with Zambezi FC (2-0-0) as they try to come back from this one.

Vitamin O (1-1) vs. Team Steven (0-2) – Saturday, January 18, 2020

In this match, Vitamin O beat Team Steven 7-1. Team Steven really were unable to get rolling in this one, scoring fewer than their total from their first contest. Edgar scored the only goal for Team Steven to get their team on the board. For Team Steven they will have a date with as they look to bounce back. Vitamin O really brought it in this one, beating their opening game point total. Cherry kicked two goals to help earn the club the win. Exiting week 2, Vitamin O will look ahead to keep their early season momentum. Ekstra FC (2-0-0) are next on the calendar for them.

Zambezi FC (2-0) vs. White Owls (1-1) – Saturday, January 18, 2020

In this match the teams competed in an absolute shoot-out, totaling 12 goals. Despite White Owls’s impressive 5 goals, Zambezi FC got the win with the other 7 goals. Zambezi FC are heating up, winning both of their games so far this season. Sikira accounted for two goals to help earn the group the win. White Owls didn’t have their best stuff on offense in this game, netting less than their total from their first matchup. The losing team still had notable players including Colin Baker, who kicked two goals for White Owls. Exiting week 2, Zambezi FC will look ahead to keep their early season momentum.
