Elite Cleats and Liquorpool had a close one up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. Elite Cleats continued their winning streak this week and are officially on fire. Michael Deremo netted two goals to steer the club’s offense. Liquorpool gave everything they had to stop Liquorpool in spite of losing, giving up less than their average of 4.2 goals against per game this year. The losing team still had notable players including Billy Cheng, who kicked one goal for Liquorpool. Lets Get Messi (4-0-1) vs. LPSE (2-2-1) – Monday, March 9, 2020

Lets Get Messi beat LPSE 5-1 in this game. Lets Get Messi are playing an incredible offensive season. They’re averaging 4 goals per game. Ya Heng scored a hat trick to help get the crew the victory. Next week, Lets Get Messi face off against Avocado Discoballs (4-1-0) in an attempt to stay perfect.  LPSE struggled to get it going in this game, scoring less than their average of 2.6 goals per game for the year. Kim  scored the only goal for LPSE to prevent the shutout.  Loose Balls (1-3-1) are next up on the schedule for LPSE, as they try to bounce back.

Avocado Discoballs (4-1) vs. Loose Balls (1-3-1) – Monday, March 9, 2020

Avocado Discoballs controlled this game in shut out fashion against Loose Balls with a final score of 3-0. Loose Balls didn’t have their best stuff on the offensive end in this one, and failed to make it onto the scoreboard. Avocado Discoballs continued their winning streak this week and are officially on fire. Eman Bucaro accounted for one goalThe defenders did a great job in this game by helping Chris Mueller earn a clean sheet. LPSE (2-2-1) are next up on the calendar for Loose Balls, as they try to bounce back.  Next up for Avocado Discoballs is a battle versus Lets Get Messi (4-0-1).
