FC MD UNITED (3-0-1) vs. Free Smoke FC (0-4) – Sunday, March 03, 2019

Just like earlier in the season, FC MD UNITED won the second go-around against Free Smoke FC. This game finished with a final score of 3-2. Even though they faced the loss, Free Smoke FCtruly did everything they could defensively in this one, surrendering less than their average of 3.8 goals against per game this year. Frank Delgado was the star player for Free Smoke FC this week scoring the two goals for his team. This win is the second in a row for FC MD UNITED. Radu kicked two goals to spearhead the crew’s attack while Leonid C added one. Next week, Free Smoke FC battles against The Wombats (3-1-0) in an attempt to get off the schneid. FC MD UNITED next Sunday will battle INDY Team #4 (1-2-1).

Just like earlier in the season, The Wombats won the rematch against INDY Team #4. This game finished with a final score of 2-1. INDY Team #4 really struggled to get it going in this one, scoring fewer than their average of 1.5 goals per game this year. Adam Antalis scored the only goal for INDY Team #4 to prevent the shutout. Next up for INDY Team #4 is a match-up against FC MD UNITED (3-0-1), as they look to rebound. The Wombats really buckled down in this battle, earning the win, despite scoring less than their average goals per game of 2.8. Colin Cleary and Connor Lacher eached kicked one goal to provide some scoring. Next up for The Wombats is a pairing versus Free Smoke FC (0-4-0).
