Bird’s Nest (4-1-2) vs. INDY Team #2 (0-7) – Sunday, March 24, 2019

In this Quarter-Final game, the #2 seed, Bird’s Nest, took on the #6 seed, INDY Team #2. Despite the loss, INDY Team #2 certainly did everything they could on D in this one, giving up less than their average of 5.0 GAPG for the season. Adnan Haider scored the only goal for INDY Team #2 to save them from a shutout. On the bright side for INDY Team #2, this loss means they can save their legs and recharge for next season. Bird’s Nest are heating up with two wins in a row. Steve Wilhusen leads Bird’s Nest this season in scoring and added 2 goals to their stats this week bringing Steve Wilhusen’s personal total to 10 while Ryan Lindgren and Soto each added one goal. Bird’s Nest advance to semi-finals and are just two games away from the championship title.

Scrambled Legs (4-2-1) vs. For Fuchs Sake (2-5-1) – Sunday, March 24, 2019

It was an exciting Quarter-Final games, in which the #3 seed, Scrambled Legs, squeaked by with a 1-point win against the #5 seed, For Fuchs Sake. The end of regulation and OT had a score of 3-3 so we had to go to a shootout! Scrambled legs won the shoot out with a scored of 4-2 in the shootout. For Fuchs Sake still had notable players including Dorin , who put in two goals for For Fuchs Sake. Daniel Landon leads Scrambled Legs this season in scoring and added 2 goals to their stats this week bringing Daniel Landon’s personal total to 11, which is the highest in the league. For Fuchs Sake is done for the season and we hope to see them return for the start of the new league coming up soon. This week’s win advances Scrambled Legs to semi-finals.

Good Vibes Only (5-3) vs. INDY Team #7 (2-6) – Sunday, March 24, 2019

The #6 seed, INDY Team #7, forfeited to the #1 seed, Good Vibes Only in this Quarter-Final game. Good Vibes Only advance to semi-finals and are two games away from the championship title. INDY Team #7 had a tough run this season, and they will not be advancing to the next round of playoffs.
