TD Train (3-0) v. KaBoom! (1-2) – Wednesday, September 30, and 2020

TD Train and KaBoom! were very evenly matched in this contest. With a final score of 13-12, TD Train remain undefeated. TD Train, really battled for this one, emerging victorious, despite scoring less than their avg. ppg of 21.70. QB Brett Edlbeck provided all of the offense for TD Train in this contest as he rushed in both of his squads scores of the game. TD Train’s Defense did what it took to get the W in this one as well as they held KaBoom to just 12 points. TD Train will look to remain undefeated coming up in Week 4 with a throwdown against Don’t Touchdown There (1-2-0). KaBoom! did not have their best stuff in this one, scoring less than their average of 16.00 points per game for the season. For KaBoom!, in the loss, QB Shaun Himmerick hit Lonnie Buggs for one touchdown and ran in one on his own. Loaded (1-1) v. WAWG (1-2) – Wednesday, September 30, and 2020

This contest between Loaded and WAWG in Week 3 of the Wednesday Lincoln Park TURF Coed REC 8v8 Flag Football League was a dour and unremarkable affair with both offenses struggling immensely. But it does not always have to be pretty. With a final score of 14-12, Loaded got their first win of the 2020 Fall campaign. Loaded buckled down in this game, prevailing, even after scoring less than they did in their opening game last week. QB Tommy Mister threw two scores, finding Angel Brooks for one of them. Sudden Impact (3-0-0) are next up on the docket for Loaded, as they look to record back-to-back victories for the first time this season. WAWG really struggled to get it going in this one, scoring less than their average of 18.00 points per game for the season. During the loss for WAWG, QB Andrei Ward hit Kc Davis for one touchdown and ran in one other for their only two scores of the game. INDY Team #10 (0-2-0) is next up on the schedule for WAWG, as they try to bounce back from this gut-wrenching defeat.

 

Chicago Beers (1-2) v. INDY Team #10 (0-2) – Wednesday, September 30, and 2020

Chicago Beers and INDY Team #10 lit up the scoreboard in Week 3 of the Wednesday Lincoln Park TURF Coed REC 8v8 Flag Football League, combining for 60 points. The final score of 33-27 reflects the hard work Chicago Beers put into every minute of the game. Chicago Beers really brought their A game, exceeding their average of 15.70 points per game. QB Ryan Geidner delivered three touchdowns while also rushing in one with his legs. WR Liam Gorman was on the receiving end for three scores for Chicago Beers to help seal this crucial Week 3 victory. Despite losing, INDY Team #10 really brought their best on the offensive end in this game, beating their total from their first game. Lime Cats dominated Don’t Touchdown There in Week 3 of the Wednesday Lincoln Park TURF Coed REC 8v8 Flag Football League. The final score of 34-6 reflects the hard work Lime Cats put into every minute of the game. Lime Cats showed up in this one, topping their average of 20.00 points per game. QB Tomas Ross threw four scores, hitting four different receivers as he spread the ball around all game long. Davante Williams also got into the scoring action for Lime Cats as he also tossed a nice TD pass to help seal the Week 3 victory. Next up for Lime Cats is a throwdown against KaBoom!
