Wednesday Lincoln Park Turf Co-Ed Rec Flag Football – Week 2

INDY Team #4 (1-1) v. parole models (0-2) – Wednesday, May 29, and 2019

INDY Team #4 put 25 on the board and held parole models to 16 points.  They showed up, exceeding their first game point total. QB Jamie Penk threw one touchdown, which was caught by Jennifer Liberman and rushed in three on their own. Despite of the loss, parole models gave it their all on offense in this one, beating their total from their Week 1 contest. During the loss, QB Will hit Tim and Eric both for one touchdown.  Exiting week 2, INDY Team #4 will look ahead to keep their early season momentum.  are next on the schedule for INDY Team #4.

Flaggin’ Ball Z (4-0) v. Harrison Street Hunnies (1-1) – Wednesday, May 29, and 2019

Flaggin’ Ball Z crushed Harrison Street Hunnies. With a final score of 48-12, Flaggin’ Ball Z hope to keep their momentum going as they advance in the season.  The season is still young, but Flaggin’ Ball Z are the early leaders in scoring. QBs Joe Gill and Clay combined for seven TDs, finding DJ Reynolds for two and Shelby Marks, Connie Syhabandith, Lan Tran, Clay, and Michelle for one each. Harrison Street Hunnies didn’t have their best stuff on offense in this game, scoring less than their total from their Week 1 contest. During the loss, QB Allie Mcgovern hit John Willard for one touchdown while Mark O’Connor ran one in.  For Flaggin’ Ball Z, every game is a big opportunity to gain ground in the standings at the beginning of the year.

Don’t Touchdown There (0-2) v. Flaggin’ Ball Z (4-0) – Wednesday, May 29, and 2019

Flaggin Ball Z won this round of with in a rematch between these two Teams. With a final score of 41-6, Flaggin Ball Z have their eyes on the prize.  For the losing squad, QB Danny passed one score, which was caught by Ryan Murphy. For Flaggin’ Ball Z, QBs Joe Gill and Connie Syhabandith combined for four touchdowns. Three of those were caught by Nicholas Ma and the other two were caught by Cnnie and Lan Tran. Shelby Marks also rushed one in for the team and DJ Reynolds scored on defense. Don’t Touch Down there looks to bounce back next week while Flaggin’ Ball Z looks to maintain its momentum.
