Nice For What (3-1) vs. INDY Team #6 (0-3-1) – Wednesday, September 4, 2019

In this match, Nice For What beat INDY Team #6 10-2. This is the second week in a row Nice For What took home the win. Benjamin Wallace racked up a hat trick to guide the team’s offense. Tyler Oconnor and Lianna Simms each had two goals and the other three goals came from the combo of Chris Ganzer, Jamie Cheslik, and Robert Kocevski. Next up for Nice For What is a match-up against Messi Diapers (2-1-1). INDY Team #6 were unable to put up much of a defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 6.3 goals against per game for the season. Can we kick it? celebrated a team milestone this week as they earned their first win of the season, defeating CannonDesign 1-0. CannonDesign didn’t have their best stuff in this one and suffered a shutout. This victory for the Can we kick it? came as a surprise considering it’s more than halfway through the season and they have only scored less than a handful goals. To help get the club the win, Emily Mckinnon prevented the loss by scoring their only goal. Retired Broz shut out SCB FC with a final score of just 1-0. Retired Broz are heating up with two wins in a row. Jim Nudera was the hero on offense and scored their only goal. Suck My Kick put on a show on both sides of the pitch against Puppy Luv with a final score of 3-0. Puppy Luv didn’t have their best stuff on offense in this one, but they’ve had 9 overall goals this season. Suck My Kick brought their A game on D in this game, beating their season goals against average of 0.8 goals per game. Suck My Kick’s goalie deserves a shout out for helping blank the Puppy Luv’s offense. Taylor’s two goals and Jack’s gone goal both led their team to victory. Dribbling Gerbils beat INDY Team #16 6-1 in this game. Dribbling Gerbils are having a phenomenal offensive season. They’re averaging 4 goals per game. Erin Dircks kicked two goals to help earn the team the W. The combination of Travis Trainor, Spencer Smith, John McAuliffe, and Aaron Quinley scored the other four goals.
