Hit or Miss-fits (7-1-1) vs. FC Red (6-3) – Tuesday, August 27, 2019

It was a Championship Game written for the movies. The #1 team, Hit or Miss-fits played the #2 team, FC Red for the prestigious long-sleeve shirts forever capturing the moment of glory.  Javier Lopez is the goalkeeper credited with the shutout for Hit or Miss-fits. Helping on the offense, Paul Clementi and Adam Buol both scored in this playoff win for Hit or Miss-fits. Congratulations to Hit or Miss-fits on a great season and their championship win! We hope to see this squad return to defend their title. Despite the loss, FC Red has been doing great on offense so far, with a total of 43 goals. Being one of the top two teams, FC Red was optimistic heading into the championship match, so this loss is a tough one. But they definitely have what it takes to win and we expect to see them doing well again next season.
