Earning their first win of the season, Look Ma, No Hands beat Team Larry’s 3-2. Leading the charge in their first win was Ricardo Lara with two goals and Leo with the other. Next up for Look Ma, No Hands is a date against Chicago Handshakes (2-3-0).  This is Team Larry’s’s first loss of the season. The losing team still had notable players including Matthew Fahey and Max Dutram, who each scored one goal for Team Larry’s.  Next up for Team Larry’s is a showdown against Cheeky Monkey (4-0-0), as they try to bounce back.

It’s A Llama (3-0-1) vs. Champions (0-4) – Thursday, July 11, 2019

It’s A Llama controlled this game in shut out fashion against Champions with a final score of 3-0. In the victory, Marco, Henrique, and Luke Z each scored to keep It’s A Llama near the top of the standings. On Thursday, It’s A Llama seeks to stay unbeaten with a match-up against Kelly Blue Book’s 2009 Minivan of the Year (3-2-0).  Champions didn’t have their best stuff on the offensive end in this game, and couldn’t seem to find the back of the net.  Next Thursday, Champions will try to get off the schneid against INDY Team #1 (0-3-1).

Kelly Blue Book’s 2009 Minivan of the Year beat INDY Team #1 7-1 in this game. In this offensive clinic put on by Kelly Blue Book’s 2009 Minivan of the Year, Jose Vidal scored four goals, Michael Garai two, and Christopher one.  It’s week 6 and INDY Team #1 have only scored a total of 3 goals all season. Rachel Migliore scored the only goal for INDY Team #1 to save them from a shutout.  Next week, INDY Team #1 takes on Champions (0-4-0) in an attempt to put a 1 in the win column.  Next up for Kelly Blue Book’s 2009 Minivan of the Year is a showdown against It’s A Llama (3-0-1). 

Cheeky Monkey (4-0) vs. Chicago Handshakes (2-3) – Thursday, July 11, 2019

Cheeky Monkey and Chicago Handshakes competed in a low scoring affair, combining for three goals. Cheeky Monkey took home the 2-1 victory. James Larew and Tom each scored one goal to deliver the win. Cheeky Monkey remains the top team in this league due to performances like these. Ben Weiss scored the only goal for Chicago Handshakes to save them from a shutout.  Next up for Chicago Handshakes is a battle versus Look Ma, No Hands (1-3-0), as they look to get back into the winner’s circle.  Cheeky Monkey will try to stay perfect next week with a pairing against Team Larry’s (3-1-0).
