It took half the season, but Ball Busters FC finally earned their first win! They defeated Indy Team #5 6-4. This week, Ball Busters FC came ready for a double header. They won both matches and increased their total goals scored to 10. Nicholas Kapetanos scored a hat trick to help earn the squad the W. This was one of two games for Indy Team #5. They lost both matches putting them at a 4-game losing streak. The losing team still had notable players including Sean Hamman, who kicked one goal for Indy Team #5. Vitamin O Yeah (3-1-0) are next up on the schedule for Ball Busters FC, as they look to keep it going.   Next up for Indy Team #5 is a battle against INDY Team #6 (0-4-0), as they attempt to rebound.

Ball Busters FC (1-2) vs. INDY Team #6 (0-4) – Monday, August 3, 2020

Going into this game, both teams were hungry for their first win of the season. Finally breaking their losing streak, Ball Busters FC snagged a win against INDY Team #6 with a final score of 8-2. This was one of two games for Ball Busters FC. They won both matches giving them a 3-game winning streak. Nicholas Kapetanos scored a hat trick to guide the club’s attack. Next up for Ball Busters FC is a pairing against Vitamin O Yeah (3-1-0).  INDY Team #6 struggled to get it going on offense in this one, scoring less than their average of 2.8 goals per game for the season. The losing team still had notable players including Omar Hakim, who scored one goal for INDY Team #6.  Next week, INDY Team #6 battles against Indy Team #5 (1-4-0) in an attempt to get their first win.

Vitamin O Yeah (3-1) vs. Kim Jong United (2-2) – Monday, August 3, 2020

Kim Jong United couldn’t pull together enough players for this game and had to forfeit to Vitamin O Yeah. They’re on fire! The forfeit puts Kim Jong United in third place in the standings table. Ball Busters FC (1-2-0) are next up on the docket for Vitamin O Yeah, as they look to keep it going.  Vitamin O (4-0-0) are next up on the calendar for Kim Jong United, as they attempt to rebound.
