Yeoville (4-1) vs. Daddy FC (2-2-1) – Tuesday, May 28, 2019

Earlier in the season, these teams tied, but Yeoville grabbed a 3-0 win against Daddy FC in this rematch.  Daddy FC didn’t have their best stuff on the offensive end in this one and came short of making it onto the scoreboard. For the victors, they were led by Travis Harvey’s two goals and Ernesto Fernandez’s one. Next up for Yeoville is a match-up against FC Hiscox (1-4-0).   INDY Team #6 (1-3-1) are next up on the schedule for Daddy FC, as they try to bounce back.

INDY Team #6 (1-3-1) vs. Velvet Taquitos (1-2-3) – Tuesday, May 28, 2019

Earning their first win of the season, INDY Team #6 tied Velvet Taquitos 1-1. This is Velvet Taquitos’s third tie this season and they’re currently sitting in sixth place in the standings. Nick Stuedemann was the star player for Velvet Taquitos this week. They scored the only goal for their team. For Velvet Taquitos, their one goal came from Kody Keckler. Exiting week 7, INDY Team #6 will look ahead to Daddy FC (2-2-1) who are next on the docket.

Chubby Alonsos (4-0-2) vs. FC Hiscox (1-4) – Tuesday, May 28, 2019

Earlier in the season, these teams tied, but Chubby Alonsos grabbed a 4-2 win against FC Hiscox in this rematch.  FC Hiscox really were unable to put up much of a defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 3.2 goals against per game this year. For the victors, scoring came from two goals from Charles and one each from Femi Aboloye and Nicole Hovey. The losing team still had notable players including Toby Hudson and Ryan Nickivson, who accounted for one goal each for FC Hiscox.  Yeoville (4-1-0) is next up on the schedule for FC Hiscox, as they look to get back on track.

Chicago Touch and Friends (3-2-1) vs. JLL Soccer (2-3) – Tuesday, May 28, 2019

The win for Chicago Touch and Friends was earned without a drop of sweat since JLL Soccer forfeited. The forfeit puts JLL Soccer in seventh place in the standings table.  Next up for JLL Soccer is a match-up versus 2 Goals 1 Cup (1-4-0), as they look to get back on track. Chicago Touch and Friends does not play next week.

Soccer Scrubs (4-2) vs. 2 Goals 1 Cup (1-4) – Tuesday, May 28, 2019

Earlier in the season, these teams tied, but Soccer Scrubs grabbed a 4-2 win against 2 Goals 1 Cup in this rematch. They put on a show on offense, with two goals Siobhan Cooney and one goal from Daniel Jalandoon and Christian Stachura. 2 Goals 1 Cup really were unable to put up much of a defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 2.2 goals against per game for the year. They still had notable players including Leslie Delgado and Eduardo Mendoza, who both scored one goal for 2 Goals 1 Cup.  JLL Soccer (2-3-0) is next up on the docket for 2 Goals 1 Cup, as they try to bounce back.
