Spring 2019 Saturday Lincoln Park Turf Coed Rec Flag Football – Week 2

Hulk Smash (1-1) v. The Flaming Hot Cheetos (1-1) – Saturday, April 20, and 2019

Hulk Smash crushed The Flaming Hot Cheetos. By the score of 59-6, Hulk Smash got a dominant win.  If Hulk Smash keep this up, expect them to see more victories, as these guys are the highest-scoring team in the league through the opening week.  QB Clayton Sanger passed nine TDs, passing to Kyle for three of them, Daven and Chelsea each caught two scores, while Remi and Art each caught one.  Even though they lost, The Flaming Hot Cheetos are one of the higher scoring teams in the league this year, averaging 33.00 points per game.  During the loss, QB Ryan hit Joe Memmolo Jr. for one touchdown.  For Hulk Smash, next up is a match-up with INDY Team #4 (1-1-0), as they look to keep up the momentum.   For The Flaming Hot Cheetos next up is a pairing with Flags & Flasks (1-1-0) as they strive to get to the win column.

 

INDY Team #4 (1-1) v. Flags & Flasks (1-1) – Saturday, April 20, and 2019

INDY Team #4 put 18 on the board and held Flags & Flasks to 7 points.  QBs Will Cooper and Michael Garai each passed for one TD, which were caught by Nicholas Kosar and Michael Garai.  Michael Garai also ran in one score with his legs.   Flags & Flasks really were unable to get rolling on the offensive end in this game, scoring less than their total from their Week 1 game.   During the loss, QB Matt hit Jeremy Edwards for one touchdown.  INDY Team #4 will try to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 3. Hulk Smash (1-1-0) are next on the schedule for INDY Team #4.   For Flags & Flasks they’ll move on to a battle with The Flaming Hot Cheetos (1-1-0) as they attempt to bounce back.
