Spring 2019 Saturday Lincoln Park 10am Turf 8v8 Soccer – Week 3

INDY Team #8 (2-0) vs. Greater Than Gang (2-1) – Saturday, May 04, 2019

In this match, INDY Team #8 beat Greater Than Gang 3-1. Evyn Hewett led the way for INDY Team #8 with two goals while Chris Faxel added one.  Giovani scored the only goal for Greater Than Gang to get their team on the board. Next Saturday, INDY Team #8 take on Boca Seniors (2-0-0) in an attempt to remain perfect.   Next up for Greater Than Gang is a showdown against Man Chest Hair City (1-2-1), as they attempt to bounce back.

 

Boca Seniors (2-0) vs. Man Chest Hair City (1-2-1) – Saturday, May 04, 2019

Boca Seniors were incredible on both sides of the pitch against Man Chest Hair City with a final score of 6-0.   Evan baker was this games MVP scoring a hat trick, while Michael Rodriguez added two goals and Chandler Clark added one.  Man Chest Hair City were unable to get rolling in this one, and failed to make it onto the scoreboard.  Next up for Man Chest Hair City is a showdown versus Greater Than Gang (2-1-0), as they look to rebound.  Boca Seniors will try to stay undefeated on Saturday with a battle against INDY Team #8 (2-0-0).

 

Man Back Hair City (1-2) vs. EY (0-2) – Saturday, May 04, 2019

This is the 3rd week and both teams were still on the hunt for their first win of the season.  Finally breaking their losing streak, Man Back Hair City took home a win against EY with a final score of 5-2.  In this victory Stacey Fredricks led the charge with two goals while Nick Seng, Galo Vera and Timothy Wateridge each added one goal.  This heartbreaking loss comes when EY scored their personal best of the season. They still had notable players including Mayank Puri and Evyn, who each scored one goal for EY.  EY tries to get on the board with a win next week with a match-up against Boca Seniors (2-0-0).  Next up for Man Back Hair City is a Game versus Retired Has-Beens (2-1-0).

 

Retired Has-Beens (2-1) vs. The Hash Slinging Slashers (0-2-1) – Saturday, May 04, 2019

Retired Has-Beens were incredible on both sides of the pitch against The Hash Slinging Slashers with a final score of 6-0. John and John led the way in this match each with two goals, while Steven added a goal of his own.  Even The Hash Slinging Slashers helped out and scored on themselves to get the Retired Has-Beens to a score of six.  The Hash Slinging Slashers struggled to get it going in this game, and came short of making it onto the scoreboard.  Next week, The Hash Slinging Slashers takes on INDY Team #8 (2-0-0) in an attempt to get their first win. Next up for Retired Has-Beens is a throwdown against Man Back Hair City (1-2-0).
