Team Awesome controlled this game in shut out fashion against Winded City FC with a final score of 2-0. ABCDE FC and GT Soccer were really well-matched in this contest and finished all tied up at 1-1.  Sam  was the star player for GT Soccer this week. Corporate Soccer Team (0-1-1) vs. JNAM FC (0-0-2) – Monday, April 01, 2019

Corporate Soccer Team and JNAM FC took part in a draw and finished with a stalemate at 2-2.  JNAM FC gave it their all on offense in this one, besting their total from their first match.  In the tie, Dustin Montoya scored one goal for JNAM FC.   For JNAM FC next they take on Team Awesome (1-1-0).  Exiting week 2, Corporate Soccer Team looks ahead to LP United (2-0-0) who are next on the docket.

 

LP United (2-0) vs. INDY Team #1 (1-1) – Monday, April 01, 2019

LP United played well here and blanked INDY Team #1 with a final score of 2-0.  Ryan Winkler and William McFarland each scored a goal in this victory. Shout out to  goalie Shea Gallup for the shut out win.  LP United will try to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 3. Corporate Soccer Team (0-1-1) are next on the docket for LP United.  INDY Team #1 struggled to get it going in this game, scoring less than their total from their opening matchup.  As for INDY Team #1 they’ll move on to a showdown with GT Soccer (0-0-2) as they strive to bounce back.

 

INDY Team #11 (0-1-1) vs. MoLo Magic (0-1-1) – Monday, April 01, 2019

INDY Team #11 and MoLo Magic took part in a draw and concluded all tied up at 0-0.  Just because they have this loss on their record, it does not mean they did not give it their all in this one, allowing less goals than they surrendered in their first contest.  Exiting week 2, INDY Team #11 will look ahead to Our Moms Think We’re Good (2-0-0) who are next on the docket.  For MoLo Magic they will go toe to toe with ABCDE FC (1-0-1).

 

Soccer? I Hardly Know Her! (1-1) vs. Pangea (0-2) – Monday, April 01, 2019

Soccer? I Hardly Know Her! controlled this game in shut out fashion against Pangea with a final score of 3-0.  Ryan Howe lead the way with two goals while Blake Bieg scored one goal.  For Soccer? I Hardly Know Her! each week is a big opportunity to get in a groove as the season gets going.  Next up is a showdown with The Renewable Machine (1-2-0).  Pangea really didn’t have their best stuff in this one, scoring fewer than their total from their opening contest.  As for Pangea they’ll move on to a throwdown with Carrot Shticks (0-1-0) as they attempt to rebound.

 

ESPN The Ocho (2-0) vs. Avocado Discoballs (0-1) – Monday, April 01, 2019

ESPN The Ocho shut out Avocado Discoballs with a final score of just 1-0. Matt Allain scored the only goal in this match for ESPN The OCHO.  Treadmill Trotters (1-0-0) are next on the docket for ESPN The Ocho, as they look for another win early on this season.  Avocado Discoballs will look to try something different on offense in order to turn things around, as they are the lowest-scoring team in the league through week one.  As for Avocado Discoballs they’ll move on to a date with Team Chicago 1 (1-0-0) as they look to come back from this one.

 

Treadmill Trotters (1-0) vs. Carrot Shticks (0-1) – Monday, April 01, 2019

In this match, Treadmill Trotters beat Carrot Shticks 4-2. Even though they lost, Carrot Shticks have a significant amount of time to practice their offensive skills before play-offs. Tom lead the way with two goals while Jess, and Nick each added one goal to lead the offense for Treadmill Trotters.  Alec Greenberg was the star player for Carrot Shticks this week. They scored all two goals for their team.  As for Carrot Shticks next on the schedule is Pangea (0-2-0) as they attempt to come back from this one.  Treadmill Trotters will look to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 3. Team Chicago 1 (1-0) vs. Boarding Group Six (0-1) – Monday, April 01, 2019
