Game of Throw-Ins (2-1) vs. INDY Team #10 (2-1) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Game of Throw-Ins put on a show on both sides of the pitch against INDY Team #10 with a final score of 3-0. Scoring for the victors was the combo of Ben, Mike Mullins, and Paul. This is INDY Team #10’s first loss of the season.  Next up for INDY Team #10 is a showdown versus AD/HK (1-2-0), as they attempt to bounce back.  Next up for Game of Throw-Ins is a Game against GT Soccer (1-2-0).   

u/11 superstars (2-1) vs. The Purple Kixie Sticks (0-3) – Monday, June 24, 2019

In this match, u/11 superstars beat The Purple Kixie Sticks 6-1. Indy Team 3 (1-0-2) are next up on the calendar for u/11 superstars, as they look to keep it going.  The Purple Kixie Sticks struggled defensively in this game, surrendering more goals than their average of 3.7 goals against per game for the season. Scoring for u/11 superstars was Allison Shimer and Katie Murphey with two goals apiece, and Nick and Casidy with one each. Nick Pandolfi scored the only goal for The Purple Kixie Sticks to save them from a shutout.  The Purple Kixie Sticks looks to put a 1 in the win column on Monday with a match-up against The Boozers FC (0-2-1).

Go the distance (1-1-1) vs. INDY Team #1 (1-2) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Earning their first win of the season, Go the distance beat INDY Team #1 3-2. INDY Team #1 really didn’t have their best showing on defense in this one, giving up more goals than their average of 2.3 goals against per game for the season. For the victors, their scoring came from two goals from Juan and one from Terry. The losing team still had notable players including Brad Corirossi and Wyatt West, who each had one goal for INDY Team #1.  Next up for INDY Team #1 is a battle against Boarding Group 6 (2-1-0), as they look to get back into the winner’s circle.  Next up for Go the distance is a contest against Echo Madness (0-3-0). 

Winded City FC (3-0) vs. Upper Middle 90 (1-2) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Winded City FC put on a show on both sides of the pitch against Upper Middle 90 with a final score of 2-0. Scoring for the victors was Julia and Andy Malnor. Winded City FC will try to remain unbeaten next Monday with a match-up against Net Six and Chill (3-0-0).  Upper Middle 90 struggled to get it going in this one, but they’ve had 1 overall goals this season.  Next up for Upper Middle 90 is a match-up versus Team Awesome (0-1-2), as they attempt to bounce back.

AD/HK (1-2) vs. Echo Madness (0-3) – Monday, June 24, 2019

This is the 3rd week and both teams were still on the hunt for their first win of the season.Finally breaking their losing streak, AD/HK took home a win against Echo Madness with a final score of 6-1. Echo Madness really were unable to stop much in this game, giving up more goals than their average of 4.7 GAPG for the season. For AD/HK, Jon Kisrchmeier, Austin Andrekus, Max Sternberg, and Robert Biliski each had one goal while Cesar Cahue had two.  Manuel Segovia scored the only goal for Echo Madness to save them from a shutout.  Next game, Echo Madness takes on Go the distance (1-1-1) in an attempt to get their first win.  Next up for AD/HK is a Game against INDY Team #10 (2-1-0). 

Indy Team 3 (1-0-2) vs. Team Awesome (0-1-2) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Indy Team 3 tied Team Awesome 0-0. Team Awesome don’t have a reputation of scoring a lot of goals this season, so this result wasn’t much of a surprise. They currently have a total of 1 goals over 3 games.  For Team Awesome they will go toe to toe with Upper Middle 90 (1-2-0). Exiting week 3, Indy Team 3 will look ahead to u/11 superstars (2-1-0) who are next on the schedule.

Balls Deep (1-0-2) vs. Avocado Discoballs (2-1) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Earning their first win of the season, Balls Deep beat Avocado Discoballs 2-1. Brooks Fleming scored the only goal for Avocado Discoballs to prevent the shutout, while Andrew Lively and Ryan Fleming each scored one for Balls Deep.  Next up for Avocado Discoballs is a showdown against Avocados FC (0-2-1), as they look to rebound. On Monday, Balls Deep will attempt to stay unblemished with a throwdown against ESPN: The Ocho (3-0-0). 

NM FC (3-0) vs. Jazz (1-2) – Monday, June 24, 2019

NM FC put on a show on both sides of the pitch against Jazz with a final score of 3-0. For the victors, their scoring all came from Muhammad Mutawakkil’s hattrick. Jazz were unable to get rolling in terms of scoring in this one, but they’ve had 5 overall goals this season.  Loose Balls (0-3-0) is next up on the docket for Jazz, as they attempt to rebound.  On Monday, NM FC face off against Soccer Hotties (1-1-1) to try and remain unbeaten. 

Boarding Group 6 (2-1) vs. GT Soccer (1-2) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Boarding Group 6 shut out GT Soccer with a final score of just 1-0. Scoring the lone goal in this game was Joel. INDY Team #1 (1-2-0) are next up on the calendar for Boarding Group 6, as they look to keep it going.  GT Soccer were unable to get rolling in terms of scoring in this one and failed to make it onto the scoreboard.  Next up for GT Soccer is a showdown against Game of Throw-Ins (2-1-0), as they try to bounce back.

Net Six and Chill (3-0) vs. The Boozers FC (0-2-1) – Monday, June 24, 2019

The Boozers FC forfeited and handed a free win to Net Six and Chill in this match-up. The forfeit puts The Boozers FC in 20th place in the standings table.  Next week, The Boozers FC takes on The Purple Kixie Sticks (0-3-0) to try and get on the board with a win. Next week, Net Six and Chill seeks to stay unbeaten with a contest versus Winded City FC (3-0-0). 

ESPN: The Ocho (3-0) vs. Avocados FC (0-2-1) – Monday, June 24, 2019

ESPN: The Ocho were incredible on both sides of the pitch against Avocados FC with a final score of 5-0. Scoring for the team was Matt Allain with one , Emily Saliterman with two, and Jenny Pudlo with two. Avocados FC were unable to get rolling in this one, and couldn’t seem to find the back of the net.  Next week, Avocados FC battles against Avocado Discoballs (2-1-0) in an attempt to get their first win.  Next week, ESPN: The Ocho will attempt to stay undefeated with a throwdown versus Balls Deep (1-0-2). 

Soccer Hotties (1-1-1) vs. Loose Balls (0-3) – Monday, June 24, 2019

Going into this game, both teams were hungry for their first win of the season. With a final score of 5-0, Soccer Hotties emerged with a win against Loose Balls. Scoring for the victors was Sergio with two goals and Adam Rabushka, Jackson, and Adam with one apiece. Loose Balls didn’t have their best stuff in this game, and suffered a shutout.  Next week, Loose Balls will attempt to get off the schneid against Jazz (1-2-0).  NM FC (3-0-0) are next up on the docket for Soccer Hotties, as they look to keep it going.
