Grass Fairies (1-1) vs. Crowe (1-1) – Wednesday, June 12, 2019

Grass Fairies were incredible on both sides of the pitch against Crowe with a final score of 5-0. Crowe really were unable to get rolling on the offensive end in this one, netting fewer than their total from their Week 1 match. Scoring for Grass Fairies came from Rajat Gupta, Alberto, Robbie, and Coretta. As for Crowe next on the schedule is LPSE as they try to rebound.  Grass Fairies will try to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 3.  Genslerites are next on the schedule for Grass Fairies.

LPSE (2-0) vs. Genslerites (0-2) – Wednesday, June 12, 2019

LPSE were incredible on both sides of the pitch against Genslerites with a final score of 7-0. Scoring for LPSE was the combo of Ariana Gonzalez, Antonio DeSario, David Allard, Colin Gainer, and Gabi Bailin. Genslerites struggled to get it going on offense in this one, netting less than their total from their opening matchup.   Grass Fairies are next on the schedule for Genslerites.   Crowe are next on the schedule for LPSE.   

INDY Team #5 (1-0-1) vs. AECOM United (1-0-1) – Wednesday, June 12, 2019

INDY Team #5 and AECOM United were really even in this match-up and finished tied up at 1-1. AECOM United really didn’t have their best stuff in this game, netting less than their total from their Week 1 matchup. Scoring for INDY Team #5 was Gregory Bernstein. Omar Yassin was the star player for AECOM United this week. They scored the only goal for their team. For AECOM United they will face off with Suck My Kick.  Exiting week 2, INDY Team #5 looks ahead to Taking Shots on Wednesdays who are next on the calendar.

Suck My Kick (2-0) vs. Monty’s Maniacs (0-2) – Wednesday, June 12, 2019

Suck My Kick absolutely dominated this game in shut out fashion against Monty’s Maniacs with a final score of 8-0.  Scoring for the victors was the group of Ellie Von Storch, Connor Willis-Hong, Erin Watkins, Jason Schwartz, Steven Pruim, Olivia Bobb, and Victor Quintana. Next up is a battle with AECOM United.  Monty’s Maniacs really were unable to get rolling in this game, scoring less than their total from their opening contest.  Next up for Monty’s Maniacs is a date against Puppy Luv.

Taking Shots on Wednesdays (1-1) vs. Grass Kickers (1-1) – Wednesday, June 12, 2019

Taking Shots on Wednesdays shut out Grass Kickers with a final score of just 1-0. Grass Kickers really were unable to get rolling on offense in this one, scoring fewer than their total from their Week 1 matchup.  Scorning the decisive goal was Justin Zylberman. Taking Shots on Wednesdays will look to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 3. CRA forfeited to Uptake United for this game. The forfeit puts CRA in 14th place in the standings table.  Next up for CRA is a match-up with bswift.  For Uptake United, each game is a critical chance to gain ground in the Standings at the beginning of the year. bswift and 0-8 but still having fun were extremely comparable in this game up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. In spite of losing, 0-8 but still having fun really gave everything they had on in terms of scoring in this one, besting their total from their opening matchup. Scoring for bswift was Frank Nelson with two and Adeboye Obebe with one. For the losing team, their offense came from goals from Andres and Jo.   Man Chest Hair United are next on the docket for 0-8 but still having fun.  Next up is a showdown with CRA for bswift.

Man Chest Hair United and PWSoccer played a nail-biter up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. In spite of losing, PWSoccer played their A game on in terms of scoring in this one, beating their total from their opening match. For the victors, Liam Wolfram, Anita Koltun, and Nick Wydra delivered the win with one goal apiece.
