Rooney Toons shut out INDY Team #3 with a final score of just 1-0.  Sarrah scored the only goal in this match and helped Rooney Toons earn a victory.  Team America (0-0-1) are next on the schedule for Rooney Toons, as they look for another win early on this season.   For INDY Team #3 next up is a game with The Toe (2-0-1) as they strive to bounce back.

The Toe (2-0-1) vs. Net Breakers (0-2) – Friday, April 19, 2019

The Toe beat Net Breakers 8-2 in this game.  The Toe had a dominant performance on the offensive end scoring 8 goals.  Michael Gomez, Peter Hawkins, and Fred Pineda each scored two goals while Kim Eyers and Andrea Lamb each scored one goal to help the team earn the victory.  Net Breakers gave it their all in spite of the loss, besting their total from their Week 1 matchup. They still had notable players including Christopher Cupp and Jonathan Portugal, who each accounted for one goal for Net Breakers.  As for Net Breakers next on the schedule is Team America (0-0-1) as they look to bounce back.   Exiting week 2, The Toe will look ahead to keep their early season momentum. Team America and The Toe played to a draw and concluded with a stalemate at 1-1.  The Toe had a double header this week. Perhaps on a night they only had one game, this tie could have been a victory. Josh Mah was the star player for The Toe this week.
