In this Semi-Final game, the #1 seed, Flags & Flasks, took on the #4 seed, The Gang Wins the Superbowl. With a final score of 48-12, Flags & Flasks were fired up and ready for the next match. The Flasks squad really stepped up in this game, besting their average of 36.60 points per game. QB Ryan Murphy delivered five touchdowns, hitting Damon on the reception for two of them. Even though they lost, The Gang Wins the Superbowl really left it all on the field, topping their average of 9.00 ppg this season. The final score of 43-24 reflects the heart The Flaming Hot Cheetos put into every minute on the field. They really showed some fight in this game, winning despite allowing more points than their season average of 20.3 points allowed per game. QB Steven Rahel delivered three touchdowns, finding Ben Merkle for one of them and rushing in one on his own. During the loss for Team INDjurY, QB Steve Tompkins hit Aaron Johnson for one touchdown. By the score of 34-24, The Flaming Hot Cheetos got a nice W to earn their sixth-straight. The team really buckled down in this game, emerging victorious despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 20.3 points per game. Congratulations to The Flaming Hot Cheetos on a great season and their championship win! We hope to see this squad return to defend their title. Being one of the top two teams, Flags & Flasks was optimistic heading into the championship match, so this loss is a tough one. They definitely have what it takes to win and plenty of time to work out the kinks and we expect to see them doing well again next season.
