City Chase Challenge Returns to Chicago
World’s
largest urban adventure series set for August 25

What do you get when you combine Marine boot camp drills with underwater relay races and cooking lessons? You
get the world’s largest urban adventure series, Chicago Sport and Social Club’s City Chase.
The interactive race returns to
Chicago on August 25, with various locations set up throughout the city.
During the course of the day, teams
of two pair up to compete in various physical, mental and entertaining (read:
humorous and unexpected) challenges that definitely take you outside the box of traditional races.
Participants will find themselves mapping their way through the city (either by foot or public transportation) to
complete 10 ChasePoint challenges before making it to the finish line.
The specifics of each unique
ChasePoint are kept secret until race day, which means you literally don’t know
what you’ve gotten yourself into until that morning. Challenges vary, but past tasks included cooking with a renowned chef, a military bootcamp at North
Avenue Beach and rappelling down a building at Navy Pier.
Teams of two can register for $190 here. Winners will automatically be
entered into the North American City Chase finals.
