Earning the same result as they did on opening day, Flags & Flasks won the rematch between these two crews in Week 5 of the Saturday Lincoln Park TURF Coed REC/INT 8v8 Flag Football League. With a final score of 48-7, Flags & Flasks are one game closer to the coveted championship shirts. Flags & Flasks really brought their A game, topping their average of 39.40 points per game. QB Matt Sandt tied his season-high with six TD passes, connecting with Caroleann Boyle for three of them. QB Matt Sandt also ran for one more, giving him seven total TDs on the day. The Ogg Balls (2-3-1) are next up on the docket for Flags & Flasks coming up in Week 6, as they look to close out their regular season schedule with a win and an opportunity to clinch the overall #1 seed for the upcoming postseason. Shockers will look to stay perfect and lock up the overall #1 seed for the upcoming postseason coming up in Week 6 as they have two games on their slate to close out their regular season schedule. They will first take the field against INDY Team #4 (1-5) before stepping right back onto the field to battle Can’t Find the Cleat (1-4-1). Next up for The Ogg Balls is a showdown versus Flags & Flasks (4-1-0) coming up in Week 6, as they try to improve their seeding for the upcoming post season.
