AA-Aron forfeited to Drones – East on opening day of the Saturday Lincoln Park GRASS Men’s INT Flag Football League. For Drones – East, every contest is a critical chance to get cruising at the outset of the season. Coming up in week 2 Drones – East will battle Mega Meat Skillet (0-1-0) in an attempt to record back-to-back victories. As for AA-Aron next on the schedule is TBD as they look to come back from this forfeit defeat.

Saturdays are Ferda Boys and Mega Meat Skillet competed in a nail-biter on opening day of the Saturday Lincoln Park GRASS Men’s INT Flag Football League. The final score of 14-12 reflects the hard work Saturdays are Ferda Boys put into every minute of the game. QB Geoff Butler passed for two TDs, hitting Darnell Pearson for one of them to help secure the week 1 victory. Exiting week 1, Saturdays are Ferda Boys will look ahead to keep their early season momentum rolling. Next up is a battle against Prosper Football (1-0-0) with first place in the league standings on the line. The season is still young, and Mega Meat Skillet still has plenty of games to improve on the offensive end. In the loss, QB Ryan Mccarthy hit Jake Dilcher for two touchdowns. Prosper Football shut out GHOST #1 on opening day of the Saturday Lincoln Park Men’s INT Flag Football League. QB Jordan Hedeen passed for two touchdowns in this contest, finding Ryan Dicanio for one of them. Brandon Gates also recorded a Defensive TD to help the team secure the win! For Prosper Football, every contest is a big game to grab wins early on.
