Will’s FC (7-2) vs. Benchwarmers (4-4-1) – Tuesday, November 5, 2019

In this Semi-Finals game, the #2 seed, Will’s FC, took on the #8 seed, Benchwarmers. Will’s FC had two games this week. Impressively, they won both matches and increased their total goals scored to 34. Will Mcnamara was among those who scored in this playoff win for Will’s FC, putting two shots past the Benchwarmers goalkeeper, Alissa Frederick. Benchwarmers really didn’t have their best showing on defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 1.8 goals against per game this year. Issam Kaisse was the star player for Benchwarmers this week. They scored all two goals for their team. Next up for Will’s FC was the championship, see how they did below!

Da Sleeping Bears (5-2-1) vs. Thunder (4-1-3) – Tuesday, November 5, 2019

It was an exciting Semi-Finals games, in which the #3 seed, Da Sleeping Bears, squeaked by with a 1-point win against the #3 seed, Thunder. This was one of two games for Da Sleeping Bears. This was the better played match, which helped them lock in their #3 rank in the standings table. Will Ossyra did all the scoring for Da Sleeping Bears in this game, including the game-winning goal. This is Thunder’s first loss of the season. Ashley Koski scored the only goal for Thunder to get their team on the board. Will’s FC (7-2) vs. Da Sleeping Bears (5-2-1) – Tuesday, November 5, 2019

In this Championship Game, the #2 team, Will’s FC played the #3 team, Da Sleeping Bears, for the coveted Chicago Sport and Social Club long-sleeve champ shirts to forever capture their moment of glory. Will’s FC had a double header. Both matches were victories putting them at a 4-game winning streak. Willy   is the goalkeeper credited with the shutout for Will’s FC. Helping on the offense, Will Mcnamara was among those who scored in this playoff win for Will’s FC. Congratulations to Will’s FC on a great season and their championship win! We hope to see this squad return to defend their title. Da Sleeping Bears had a double header this week. They struggled in this match, and they now sit in 3rd place in the standings. The losing team still had notable players including Will Ossyra, who scored two goals for Da Sleeping Bears. Losing the championship game is never easy, but Da Sleeping Bears lost with grace. We hope to see them back next season for another chance at the title.
