In this Quarter-Finals game, the #6 seed, Summit Sweepers, took on the #9 seed, Out of Shape FC. Out of Shape FC really didn’t have their best showing on D in this one, surrendering more goals than their average of 3.1 GAPG this year. Jerry was the star player for Out of Shape FC this week. They scored all two goals for them. Summit Sweepers was fired up for a double header this week. This was the better played match, which helped them claim their #6 rank in the standings table. Benchwarmers (4-3-1) vs. INDY Team #3 (1-5-1) – Tuesday, October 29, 2019

In this Quarter-Finals game, the #6 seed, Benchwarmers, played the #9 seed, INDY Team #3. INDY Team #3 didn’t have their best stuff on the offensive end in this game and couldn’t seem to find the back of the net. This week, Benchwarmers was fired up for a double header. They won both matches, which means they’re heating up! Benchwarmers (4-3-1) vs. Migos FC (5-1-1) – Tuesday, October 29, 2019

They weren’t the favored team, but Benchwarmers, the #6 seed upset the #1 seed, Migos FC, in this Quarter-Finals games. This week, Benchwarmers was fired up for a double header. Impressively, they won both matches, which means they’re officially heating up! The two MVPs in this match were the goalkeeper for Benchwarmers, Alissa Frederick, who had a shutout, and Issam Kaisse who scored all the goals in the game. Benchwarmers will move on to the semi-finals following this win and will take on Will’s FC. This is Migos FC’s first loss of the season, but it didn’t impact their #1 ranking in the league.

Da Sleeping Bears (5-1-1) vs. Summit Sweepers (4-3-1) – Tuesday, October 29, 2019

The #1 seed, Da Sleeping Bears, matched up against the #6 seed, Summit Sweepers in this Quarter-Finals game. These two teams faced off back in week 6 and Summit Sweepers won 4-3. But this time around, the tables were turned. This was one of two games for Summit Sweepers. This was the tougher match of the two, and they now sit in 6th place in the standings. Ben Cohen was the star player for Summit Sweepers this week. They scored all two goals for their team. Da Sleeping Bears are heating up with two wins in a row. This was the better played match, which helped them claim their #6 rank in the standings table. Thunder (4-0-3) vs. Beercelona (4-3-1) – Tuesday, October 29, 2019

No one expected this Quarter-Finals games to be such a close one. Thunder, the #1 seed just squeaked by in this 1-point game to beat the #6 seed, Beercelona. This win is the second in a row for Thunder, and it bumps them to 1st place in the standings. Christopher Meckes was among those who scored in this playoff win for Thunder, putting one shot past the Beercelona goalkeeper, Isaac Hamlin. Next up for Thunder is a semi-finals game against Da Sleep Bears. This was one of two games for Beercelona this week. The game could have gone either way, but instead they ended up widening their goal differential gap to 21. Connor Welby scored the only goal for Beercelona to prevent the shutout.

Will’s FC (6-2) vs. Yeovil (5-2-1) – Tuesday, October 29, 2019

The 4th place vs 5th place game is always one of the most exciting matches of the playoff bracket. With a final score of 4-1, Will’s FC grabbed this W. They’re on fire! Mackenzie Taylor leads Will’s FC this season in scoring and added 2 goals to their stats this week bringing Mackenzie Taylor’s personal total to 5. Will’s FC will play Benchwarmers next week in the semi-finals. Yeovil had a double header this week. This was the tougher match of the two, but instead they ended up widening their goal differential gap to 11. Alex scored the only goal for Yeovil to save them from a shutout.
