Jimmy Savile’s U10s (2-0-1) vs. La mano de Dios (0-2-1) – Saturday, September 28, 2019

Jimmy Savile’s U10s and La mano de Dios were really evenly matched in this Game and finished tied up at 3-3. This is La mano de Dios’s first tie this season and it was their best offensive performance yet. In the tie, Emily Jorgens kicked one goal for La mano de Dios. James lasered in two goals for Jimmy Savile’s U10s to spearhead the group’s offense.

INDY Team #5 (2-0-1) vs. The Tanglers (0-2-1) – Saturday, September 28, 2019

In this match, INDY Team #5 beat The Tanglers 7-1. The Tanglers really didn’t have their best showing on defense in this one, surrendering more goals than their average of 4.7 goals against per game for the season. Scott Kramer scored the only goal for The Tanglers to prevent the shutout. This win is the second in a row for INDY Team #5, and it bumps them to 1st place in the standings. Chris Faxel kicked two goals and earned the most tallies on the scoresheet.

Squad Goals (2-0-1) vs. Dave and the Goaliaths (0-2-1) – Saturday, September 28, 2019

Squad Goals beat Dave and the Goaliaths 6-2 in this game. Dave and the Goaliaths really were unable to stop anything on defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 3.3 goals against per game for the season. The losing team still had notable players including Jasmin Khoo, who scored one goal for Dave and the Goaliaths. Paul Sander tallied a hat trick to help earn the group the W.
