Fall 2018 Wednesday Lincoln Park TURF Coed Rec Flag Football – Week 4

The Flag Team Without Banners (2-2) v. FourKites (1-3) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

The Flag Team Without Banners and FourKites competed in an absolute shoot-out, totaling 65 points. With a final score of 39-26, The Flag Team Without Banners are fired up and ready for the next match.  The Flag Team Without Banners brought their A game, topping their average of 30.50 points per game. QB John threw three touchdowns, finding Anthony Chignoli, Jeremy Jamnik, and Andy each for one of them and scampered for two more. FourKites really didn’t have their best showing in this game, allowing more points than their average of 29.80 PAPG this season. In the loss, QB Raphael Gunn hit Ben Serrano, Angela Gerst, and Gregory Pruit each for one touchdown and ran into the end zone for one. Super Heroes In Training (S.H.I.T) (3-1-0) is next up on the calendar for The Flag Team Without Banners, as they look to keep it going. Better Late Than Never (2-2) v. Chicago Hokies (0-4) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

Better Late Than Never put 34 on the board and held Chicago Hokies to 14 points.  Better Late Than Never showed up in this one, topping their average of 19.50 points per game. QB Ross Morgan delivered four TDs, finding Eric Jakaitis, Paula Zeigelbein, Anson Lam, and Thomas each for one of them and rushed for one more. Even with the L on their record, Chicago Hokies really gave everything they had on in terms of scoring in this game, beating their average of 12.00 points per game this season. In the loss, QB Edwin Romero hit John Temple for one touchdown and ran in one other. Taco in a bag (0-4-0) is next up on the schedule for Better Late Than Never, as they look to keep it going. Chicago Hokies will seek to get their first win on Wednesday against CA (2-2-0).

[in] My Feelings and Kiss Our End Zones were extremely evenly matched in this one. By the score of 25-19, [in] My Feelings got the victory.  These guys really showed some grit in this one, emerging victorious, despite scoring less than their avg. ppg of 32.50. QB Nick Townsend passed three TDs, passing to Nick Beese for two of them, and Paul Timko for one of them.  During the loss, QB Devin Schlueter hit Casey Little and Katie Fisher for one touchdown eachand rushed for one more. Premium Economy Middle Seat (0-4-0) are next up on the calendar for [in] My Feelings, as they look to keep it going. Shotskis Whynotskis (3-1-0) are next up on the schedule for Kiss Our End Zones, as they attempt to rebound.

 

Flaggin’ Ball Z (4-0) v. Mud Dogs (0-4) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

Flaggin’ Ball Z blanked Mud Dogs by the final score of 34-0. These guys really showed some toughness in this one, winning, despite scoring less than their avg. ppg of 39.00. QB Joe Gill delivered five touchdowns, hitting each Victor Le, Lan Tran, Mike, and David Romanchuk for some scoring. Mud Dogs didn’t have their best stuff in terms of scoring in this game, scoring less than their average of 3.30 points per game for the season. Flaggin’ Ball Z will attempt to stay unblemished next week with a battle versus No Punt Intended (4-0-0). Mud Dogs will look to get off the schneid next Wednesday with a match-up versus The Recruits (3-1-0).

 

Super Heroes In Training (S.H.I.T) (3-1) v. Premium Economy Middle Seat (0-4) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

Super Heroes In Training (S.H.I.T) destroyed Premium Economy Middle Seat. The final score of 58-6 reflects the hard work Super Heroes In Training (S.H.I.T) put into every minute of the game.  Super Heroes In Training (S.H.I.T) really showed up, topping their average of 38.30 points per game. QB Kevin Linklater delivered eight TDs, finding Anthony Walker for three of them, Danny for two, and Chelsey Hall, Donovan Clark, and Anastasia Fitzsimons for one each. Premium Economy Middle Seat really played their A game on in terms of scoring in this game despite losing, beating their average of 4.50 ppg this season. For Premium Economy Middle Seat, QB Mark Kamin hit Nathan Schnitzlein for one touchdown. The Recruits (3-1) v. Taco in a bag (0-4) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

The Recruits destroyed Taco in a bag. With a final score of 47-7, The Recruits are one game closer to a higher seed for the playoffs. The Recruits really stepped up, beating their average of 37.50 points per game. QB Derrick and Ali Speck delivered a total of seven scores, hitting Lindsey, Janice Matacic, Cody Bullers, Derrick, and Brian for some scoring. Taco in a bag struggled to get it going on the offensive end in this one, scoring less than their average of 11.80 points per game for the season. In the loss, QB Kevin O’Brien hit John for one touchdown. Next up for The Recruits is a Game versus Mud Dogs (0-4-0).   On Wednesday, Taco in a bag seek to get off the schneid with a match-up versus Better Late Than Never (2-2-0).

 

Legion of Boom (4-0) v. 360i (0-4) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

Legion of Boom dominated 360i. Legion of Boom put 58 on the board and held 360i to 12 points. Legion of Boom really brought their A game in this game, topping their average of 40.50 points per game. QB Mike Migut and LaToya Jackson delivered seven scores total, passing to Harold Robinson for two of them, and Tomas Ross, Mike Migut, LaToya Jackson, Miles, and Esteban for one each. 360i really brought their best despite losing, topping their average of 9.30 ppg for the season. In the loss for 360i, QB Rachel Fuller hit both Benny Wang and Brendan Alberts for one touchdown. Legion of Boom will seek to stay perfect on Wednesday with a contest against Bad News Bears (3-1-0). 360i will seek to put a 1 in the win column on Wednesday against FourKites (1-3-0).

 

Little Giants (2-2) v. CA (2-2) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

Little Giants put 25 on the board and held CA to 13 points.  Little Giants really stepped up in this one, topping their average of 21.00 points per game. QB Abby Eddy delivered two touchdowns, passing to both Josh and Jennifer Liberman for one of them. CA really were unable to get rolling in this one, scoring less than their average of 17.80 points per game this season. In the loss, QB Jeremy Sites hit Christian for one touchdown and ran in one on his own. Gucci Gang (1-3-0) is next up on the docket for Little Giants, as they look to keep it going. Next up for CA is a match-up against Chicago Hokies (0-4-0), as they attempt to rebound.

 

Bad News Bears (3-1) v. BDO Blitzers (3-1) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

Bad News Bears blew out BDO Blitzers. The final score of 46-14 reflects the hard work Bad News Bears put into every minute of the game. Bad News Bears really brought it, exceeding their average of 33.80 ppg. In the win, Anthony Papa threw five scores finding Steve Zisook, Treavor, and Mel for all of them. ChicaGo Badgers and Gucci Gang lit up the scoreboard, combining for 57 points. By the score of 32-25, ChicaGo Badgers got the W to remain undefeated this season. They showed some toughness in this game, winning despite allowing more points than their season points against average of 20.5 ppg. QB Mitchell Hawkins delivered five TDs, hitting Cal Ehrke for three of them, and both Chris Thompson and Matt for one of them. Even though they lost, Gucci Gang really brought their best in terms of scoring in this game, beating their average of 19.30 points per game for the season. QB Joe Claver and Grant Frahm threw scores to Jason Ratliff, Lauren Wytiaz, and Amy Novotny. ChicaGo Badgers will seek to stay perfect next Wednesday with a pairing versus Salty Sack (2-2-0).   Little Giants (2-2-0) are next up on the docket for Gucci Gang, as they try to bounce back.

The Good Hands forfeited to Shotskis Whynotskis.Kiss Our End Zones (2-2-0) are next up on the calendar for Shotskis Whynotskis, as they look to keep it going. Next week, The Good Hands try to get on the board with a win with a match-up against BDO Blitzers (3-1-0).

 

No Punt Intended (4-0) v. Salty Sack (2-2) – Wednesday, October 24, and 2018

With a final score of 25-14, No Punt Intended maintains a zero in the loss column.  These guys really showed some toughness in this game, prevailing, despite scoring less than their avg. points per game of 40.80. QB Justin Dreyfuss passed two touchdowns, finding both Ricky and Danny for one of them and rushed in one on his own. Salty Sack struggled to get it going on offense in this game, scoring less than their average of 31.30 points per game this year. In the loss , Eric Berg threw two scores to both Devin and Edmon.
