Wolves of Marcey St (7-0) v. Son of a Butcher (0-7) – Wednesday, November 14, and 2018

Wolves of Marcey St, the #1 seed, took on the #16 seed, Son of a Butcher in this play-in game. The last time these two teams met in week 4, Wolves of Marcey St won 33-0. The #3 seed, Maloney’s Misfits, took on the #14 seed, Maryland Dawgs in this play-in game. The last time these two teams met in week 1, Maloney’s Misfits won 34-6. No surprise here, the results were very similar this time. Maloney’s Misfits really showed up in this one, exceeding their average of 23.10 points per game. QB Pat threw three TDs, passing to Butterfield, Tom, and Zach for one TD each and rushed for one with his legs. Winning this play-in game means Maloney’s Misfits advances to Quarter-Finals. Looks like 3rd & 8 Ball gave Big Tuddies a free pass to the quarter-finals by forfeit. Big Tuddies will venture on road to the championship.
