Fall 2018 Wednesday Foster Soccer – Week 5

Los Temerarios (5-0) vs. Da Sleeping Bears (2-3) – Wednesday, October 17, and 2018

As they did earlier in the year, Los Temerarios won the rematch against Da Sleeping Bears. This game finished with a final score of 3-2.  Los Temerarios continues to show they are a team that is good at scoring. They’re averaging 4 goals per game. Miguel Ortiz, Josue Jimenez, and Carlos Cabrera each scored one goal to provide some scoring. Da Sleeping Bears were unable to put up much of a defense in this one, surrendering more goals than their average of 2.4 goals against per game this year. The losing team still had notable players including Alex Clesen, who scored one goal for Da Sleeping Bears. Los Temerarios will try to remain unblemished next week with a showdown versus We Know How To Score (3-2-0).   INDY Team #2 (0-5-0) are next up on the schedule for Da Sleeping Bears, as they try to bounce back.

 

We Know How To Score (3-2) vs. INDY Team #2 (0-5) – Wednesday, October 17, and 2018

Grabbing the same result as they did earlier in the year, We Know How To Score won the rematch against INDY Team #2. This game finished with a final score of 2-1.  INDY Team #2 have had a rough season. It’s week 5 and they’ve only scored a total of 3 goals. Daniel Bontraegr scored the only goal for INDY Team #2 to get his team on the board.  Next week, INDY Team #2 faces off against Da Sleeping Bears (2-3-0) in an attempt to get their first win. We Know How To Score are heating up with two wins in a row. Laura Kempf and Joshua Koutas each kicked one goal to spearhead the club’s offense. Los Temerarios (5-0-0) are next up on the docket for We Know How To Score, as they look to keep it going.
