Train Wreck (1-4-1) vs. Pulisic’s Posse (3-2-1) – Wednesday, January 16, and 2019

Earning their first win of the season, Train Wreck beat Pulisic’s Posse 3-1. Jack Larsen scored the only goal for Pulisic’s Posse to prevent the shut out. Matt Ross kicked two goals and Liz kicked one goal to help gain the team the W. Despite the loss this week, Pulisic’s Posse locked in their spot at the #2 seed. They’ll face the #3 seeded team, Too Faced FC (3-3-0). The last time these teams met Pulisic’s Posse won 2-1.  Train Wreck’s win this week locked them in as the #4 seed. They’ll face the #1 seeded team, Toe Ballers. The last time these teams met, they tied 2-2.

 

Toe Ballers (3-1-2) vs. Too Faced FC (3-3) – Wednesday, January 16, and 2019

Just like earlier in the season, Toe Ballers won the rematch between these two squads. This game finished with a final score of 3-2. Despite losing, Too Faced FC has been doing great on offense so far, with a total of 21 goals. The losing team still had notable players including Carly C and Tony U, who tallied one goal for Too Faced FC. Despite the loss this week, Too Faced FC locked in their spot at the #3 seed. They’ll face the #2 seeded team, Pulisic’s Posse (3-2-1). The last time these teams met Pulisic’s Posse won 2-1. They’re on fire! Ellowin Pfeiffer kicked two goals to help gain the team the victory. Toe Ballers’s win this week locked them in as the #1 seed. They’ll face the #4 seeded team, Train Wreck. The last time these teams met, they tied 2-2.
