Fall 2018 Wed CIBC Coed Soccer – Week 4

Too Faced FC (3-1) vs. Train Wreck (0-3-1) – Wednesday, December 19, and 2018

As they did earlier in the year, Too Faced FC won the second go-around against Train Wreck. This game finished with a final score of 8-3. Too Faced FC seems to have found their groove and has won two games in a row. Mike scored a hat trick with four goals to help get the squad the victory. Next up for Too Faced FC is a match-up against Pulisic’s Posse (2-1-1).  Train Wreck was unable to stop anything on defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 4.5 goals against per game this year. The losing team still had notable players including Ed, who had two goals, and Liz who had one goal  for Train Wreck.  Next game, Train Wreck faces off against Toe Ballers (1-1-2) in an attempt to break their winless streak.

 

Toe Ballers (1-1-2) vs. Pulisic’s Posse (2-1-1) – Wednesday, December 19, and 2018

It took half the season, but Toe Ballers finally earned their first win! They defeated Pulisic’s Posse 3-2. Toe Ballers really brought it in this game, surpassing their average of 2.5 goals per game. Travis kicked two goals and Cristian Vera kicked one goal to spearhead the crew’s attack. This is Pulisic’s Posse’s first loss of the season. The losing team still had notable players including Peter Beasley and Chris Thompson, who netted one goal each for Pulisic’s Posse. Train Wreck (0-3-1) is next up on the docket for Toe Ballers, as they look to keep it going. Too Faced FC (3-1-0) is next up on the docket for Pulisic’s Posse, as they try to bounce back.
