Fall 2018 Tuesday CIBC Coed Rec Soccer – Week 1

BMcD (0-0-1) vs. Beercelona (0-0-2) – Tuesday, November 27, and 2018

BMcD and Beercelona were very even in this contest and concluded all tied up at 4-4. In the tie, Connor Welby scored two goals, and Samantha Johnson and Nick Braund scored one goal each for Beercelona.  For Beercelona they will go toe to toe with Kick in a Box (0-0-1). For BMcD, Lucas Armor, Karston Sheppard, Jose G, and Kristin Rodriguez kicked one goal each to provide some scoring. Exiting week 1, BMcD looks ahead to GCM Grosvenor (1-0-0) who are next on the calendar.

 

Beercelona (0-0-2) vs. Chubby Alonsos (0-0-1) – Tuesday, November 27, and 2018

Beercelona and Chubby Alonsos were very well-matched in this contest and finished knotted up at 3-3. This was one of two games for Beercelona. They’re not winning and they’re not losing, as they both matches were ties. For Beercelona, Connor Welby scored two goals, and Neil Wright scored one goal to steer the squad’s offense. Exiting week 1, Beercelona looks ahead to Kick in a Box (0-0-1) who are next on the calendar. This is Chubby Alonsos’s first tie this season. Anas Mansouri, Ariel Godinez, and Roy Robinson each kicked one goal for the team. For Chubby Alonsos coming up next on the calendar is PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE (0-0-1).

 

GCM Grosvenor (1-0) vs. Double Credenza FC (0-1) – Tuesday, November 27, and 2018

GCM Grosvenor was incredible on both sides of the pitch against Double Credenza FC with a final score of 7-0. It’s only week 1, so Double Credenza FC has much time to make adjustments to come out on top this season. For GCM Grosvenor, Lilly earned a hat trick with three goals, Joe scored two, and Daniel Jasper and Thomas Walsh each scored one goal to help earn the crew the W.  For Double Credenza FC next up is a game with INDY Team #12 (0-0-0) as they look to come back from this one. Exiting week 1, GCM Grosvenor will look ahead to keep their early season momentum. Next up is a showdown with BMcD (0-0-1).

 

INDY Team #6 (0-0-1) vs. JLL Soccer (0-0-1) – Tuesday, November 27, and 2018

INDY Team #6 and JLL Soccer were very evenly matched in this contest and finished all tied at 3-3. For INDY Team #6, Autumn Sodman lasered in two goals and Amanda Keplinger scored one goal to lead the crew’s offense. In the tie for JLL Soccer, Wojtek Kowalczyk, Alex, and Kyle Overby put up one goal eacj for JLL Soccer. Exiting week 1, INDY Team #6 looks ahead to The Ball Handlers (0-1-0) who are next on the calendar.  For JLL Soccer next up is SALT United (1-0-0).

 

Kick in a Box (0-0-1) vs. PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE (0-0-1) – Tuesday, November 27, and 2018

Kick in a Box and PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE finished in a draw and ended all tied up at 0-0. Exiting week 1, Kick in a Box looks ahead to Beercelona (0-0-2) who are next on the calendar.  For PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE they will go toe to toe with Chubby Alonsos (0-0-1).

 

SALT United (1-0) vs. The Ball Handlers (0-1) – Tuesday, November 27, and 2018

SALT United absolutely dominated this game in shut out fashion against The Ball Handlers with a final score of 4-0. Their goalie Jovan Milunovic stone-walled The Ball Handlers, earning a shutout for their record. Jovan Milunovic. Jaime Garza, and Alexander Nicholas both contributed to the final score with 2, 1, and 1 goals respectively.  SALT United will attempt to stay atop the Standings with another W in week 2. JLL Soccer (0-0-1) are next on the schedule for SALT United.  The season is still young, but The Ball Handlers are the lowest-scoring team in the league so far.  As for The Ball Handlers next up is a pairing against INDY Team #6 (0-0-1) as they try to come back from this one
