CannonDesign (1-2-1) vs. INDY Team #3 (1-2-1) – Monday, October 08, and 2018

CannonDesign and INDY Team #3 participated in a close one up to the last minute with a final score of 3-2. This win for the CannonDesign came as a bit of a surprise considering it’s more than halfway through the season and they have only scored less than a handful goals. Tomas Cantu-Martinez led his team to victory to spearhead the squad’s attack with two goals. Next Monday, CannonDesign will compete in a face-off against Lurie Children’s (2-1-1).  INDY Team #3 really were unable to get rolling in this game, scoring less than their average of 2.5 goals per game for the season. The losing team still had notable players including Jay Gonzalez and Eoin Kirwan, who each scored one goal for INDY Team #3.  Next up for INDY Team #3 is a match-up against Stantec (2-2-0), as they look to rebound.

 

Lurie Children’s  vs. Boarding Group 6 – Monday, October 08, and 2018

Lurie Children’s was defeated by Boarding Group 6 with a score of 1-4. In the win, Nicolas B had two goals for Boarding Group 6. First shout-out goes to Pogba of Lurie Children’s who now has the most goals in the league with 4 goals. For Lurie Children’s, Pogba kicked one goal to provide some scoring.  For Boarding Group 6 they will face off with KH Kicks (2-2-1).  Exiting week 4, Lurie Children’s will look ahead to CannonDesign who are next on the schedule.

 

Can I Kick It? (0-) vs. KH Kicks (2-2-1) – Monday, October 08, and 2018

Can I Kick It? and KH Kicks were extremely even in this one and ended tied up at 2-2. For Can I Kick It?,  Mihir Swaroop and Allison Shaner guided their team’s offense with one goal each. This was one of two games for KH Kicks this week. In the tie, Taylor Santypal and Patrick Doyle scored one goal each for KH Kicks. Exiting week 4, Can I Kick It? will look ahead to Boarding Group 6 (1-1-2) who are next on the schedule.  For KH Kicks they will go toe to toe with Boarding Group 6 (1-1-2).

 

KH Kicks (2-2-1) vs. Stantec (2-2) – Monday, October 08, and 2018

In this match, KH Kicks beat Stantec 6-1. Stantec didn’t have their best stuff in this game, scoring fewer than their average of 3.8 goals per game for the year. Matt Wladyszewski scored the only goal for Stantec to save his team from embarrassment.  Next up for Stantec is a match-up against INDY Team #3 (1-2-1), as they look to rebound. KH Kicks had a double header. This was the better played match, which helped them lock in their #2 rank in the standings table. Ian Kirk scored two goals to guide the club’s attack. Next up for KH Kicks is a contest versus Boarding Group 6 (1-1-2).
