Kick in a Box beat Avocado Discoballs 4-2 in this week’s match. Kick in a Box remains undefeated this season and show no signs of slowing down. Adam Davis, Brandon Johnson, Sam Meyer, and Caroline kicked one goal each to help earn the group the win. Kick in a Box’s win this Monday locked in their spot as the #1 seed in the playoff bracket. They’ll face the #8 seeded team, That Red Card Life. Avocado Discoballs really were unable to put up much of a defense in this one, allowing more goals than their average of 2.0 goals against per game this season. The losing team still had notable players including Eryka Hawkins and Allie Shea, who accounted for one goal for Avocado Discoballs. MVW FC beat Suck My Kick 4-2 in this week’s match. In the win for MVW FC, Sara Ferguson, Patrick Morey, Daniel Landon, and Cristian Pena netted one goal each to provide some scoring.
