No one expected this Quarter-Final games to be such a close one. Cheeky Monkey, the #1 seed just squeaked by in this 1-point game to beat the #8 seed, INDY Team #3 with a final score of 3-2. Jan, Ned, and Jack led the way for Cheeky Monkey each scoring one goal in the victory. Despite the loss, INDY Team #3 really gave everything they had on the offensive end in this game, beating their average of 0.9 GPG for the season. They still had notable players including Bryant Chavez and David Boyer, who each put in one goal for INDY Team #3. Cheeky Monkey advance to semi-finals where they’re just two games away from the championship title. On the bright side for INDY Team #3, this loss means they can save their legs and recharge for next season.
It’s A Llama (5-2) vs. Enova FC (0-5-1) – Thursday, May 23, 2019
The #7 seed, Enova FC, forfeited to the #2 seed, It’s A Llama in this Quarter-Final game. This week’s win advances It’s A Llama to semi-finals. The forfeit puts Enova FC in seventh place in the standings table. Hopefully the loss doesn’t haunt Enova FC too much. There’s always next season.

Whichever team emerges as the winner will advance to the championship game. The MVPs for Game of Throw-Ins were Viktors Lackajs and Anton Uhlen who each scored one goal in the shutout victory. The Little Kicks were unable to get rolling in this one and suffered a shutout. This is the end of the road for The Little Kicks’s run in this league. There’s always next season!
