Eric Gilbert of Soccer Hotties knocked in their 9th goal of the season to lead the crew’s offense. Daniel Johnson and Adam Rabushka also fired in a goal apiece to help Soccer Hotties secure their fourth win of the season. The win locks Soccer Hotties into the #5 overall seed for the upcoming postseason tournament and they will begin their playoff journey on Monday, November 16th against the winner of the #12 seed Cat Facts FC (3-3) vs. #21 seed Team Awesome (2-4) game in Round 2. Cesar Castanon leads Ben’s Angels this season in scoring and added to their stats this week with another goal bringing Cesar Castanon’s personal total to 8. Alexandra Ewing accounted for one goal of their own to help Ben’s Angels secure their fifth victory of the season. Shout-out to goalkeeper, Lee Kresner, for the shutout! Ben’s Angels lock themselves into the overall #2 seed for the upcoming postseason tournament with this Week 7 victory. They will take the pitch in Round 2 of the playoffs on Monday, November 16th versus the winner of the #15 seed Team#1 (2-3-1) vs. #18 seed Team Cool Kids (2-4-1) game.
