The Chicago Sport and Social Club Boxing Fitness is a high-impact workout teaching you the basics of Boxing while toning all the right muscles and giving you a great cardio workout. The program offers a combination of techniques utilizing the heavy bag, core training as well as cardio-fitness

Boxing Fitness will supplement your weekly workout schedule with an incredibly fun and challenging class. This class will make you look and feel Awesome!

Fee Includes

8 weeks of class taught by a licensed Physical Trainer and former NCAA Boxing Coach. Equipment will be provided including Boxing gloves and all other necessary equipment for the workouts.
